Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted via the SoulPad website. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your reference.
Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person ordering goods from the website, and "we", "our", "us" and "ours" are references to SoulPad Ltd.
Notification of changes
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If you paid for your order at the same time as placing it, the funds will be allocated by your card issuer to SoulPad Ltd. but we will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
To place an order: -
1. Add the item to your basket (or cart) and amend the quantity accordingly.
Once you have added all the required items to your basket (or cart) proceed to checkout.
2. If you are a returning customer and have registered with our website previously, sign in using your Username and Password.
3. If you are a new customer and wish to register with our website, complete the billing and shipping information as required.
4. Check the details you have submitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of any order are complete and accurate. Proceed to payment.
5. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. We will form a contract with you when we take payment from you.

All contracts will be filed in a central database by SoulPad Ltd.
Placing an order
We use secure payment methods. Our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD $).
Each order shall be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. We are entitled to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.
Regular deliveries are made during working days, Mon-Fri between 08:00 and 20:00 (except during public holidays).
We aim to deliver within 7 days (Mon-Fri) of your order being placed. Though during peak season this can at times be longer. We will contact you by email or telephone if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond 7 days (unless otherwise stated on our website), giving you the option to cancel your order.
Most of the time we are able to fulfill orders from stock held in Australia. Though from time-to-time we will fulfill orders from UK stocks. In this instance our Australian customers will not incurr extra shipping charges. The delivery time-frame will not be affected either.
Delivery to New Zealand is not free of charge. To know the cost of shipping to New Zealand you must add the itmes required to your basket, enter your delivery address at checkout and before making payment the shipping cost will be illustrated.
Specific delivery arrangements may be sought after where timely delivery is essential. In this instance there may be additional delivery charges to pay. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly (within 24 hours) so that we may pursue a claim against the carrier.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at SoulPad Ltd., 15 Little London Lane, Northwold, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5NH, UK.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We may seek to recover some or all of the outgoing shipping costs also. This includes items that were sent as 'free delivery'. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will exercise our right to charge you for the reduction in value.
We will also exercise our right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Once we have been notified of a faulty item, we would request photographic images of the fault in the first instance. It may also be necessary for us to collect the goods for further assessment or return.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will exercise our right to charge you for the reduction in value.
We will exercise our right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary.
It should be clear that your consumer legal rights may still apply after the warranty expires.
Changes to these terms
These terms were last changed 23rd December 2020*. Previous versions of our standard terms and conditions can be viewed upon request.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
Sometimes product specifications may change. In this event, we will do our best to provide a substitute of the same or better specifications at the same price.
Colours, Sizes and Measurements
All colours, sizes and measurements shown on the website are approximate.
Refund of Deposits
A refund for a deposit will only be given if SoulPad Ltd fails to deliver an item inside of the timescale quoted at the time the order was placed. A refund for a deposit will not be given under any other circumstances.

SoulPad Gift Vouchers
Please view separately the SoulPad Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions. In purchasing SoulPad gift vouchers you are agreeing to be bound by the SoulPad gift voucher terms and conditions.
In booking a SoulPad for use at a SoulPad Village event you are agreeing to be bound by the SoulPad Village terms and conditions pertaining to that particular event. The terms and conditions for each event can be seen on the SoulPad Village event booking page or can be submitted upon request.

SoulPad Ltd.’s website text, images and design are Copyright SoulPad Ltd. since the year 2006. Any infringement of these rights will be vigorously pursued. SOULPAD and the SoulPad logo are registered trademarks of SoulPad Ltd.
